1. Definitions

• “Account” means your registered MehndiLab user account.
• “Content” means designs, patterns, graphics, illustrations, templates, images, text, artwork, stencil designs and other materials provided through the Platform.
• “Design Tool” means MehndiLab's functionality that allows users to customize, combine, arrange, modify or generate henna designs and stencils.
• “Finished Design” means a design generated, customized, exported or downloaded through the Platform.
• “Subscription” means a paid plan providing access to specified MehndiLab features and download allowances.
• “User Content” means photographs, sketches, images, references, designs or other content uploaded or submitted by a user.

2. About MehndiLab

MehndiLab provides specialized digital tools and resources for creating, customizing and downloading henna and mehndi designs. The Platform may include henna design libraries; bridal, men's, women's and children's designs; hand and leg designs; stencil designs; design customization and combination tools; stencil-generation functionality; high-resolution digital downloads; print-ready designs; AI-assisted or automated design features; and other features introduced from time to time.

Features may vary depending on the subscription plan.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use MehndiLab. If you are below the legal age applicable to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction, you must use the Platform with appropriate parental or legal-guardian involvement. By using MehndiLab, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to accept these Terms.

4. User Account

Certain features require registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Not share your account credentials
• Not sell, rent or transfer your account
• Notify us of unauthorized access
• Maintain accurate account information

5. Subscription Plans

MehndiLab may offer Free, Pro, Business and other plans. The exact features and download limits applicable to each plan will be displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.

The Pro Plan may provide up to 50 Finished Design downloads per subscription billing period, or another limit expressly displayed at the time of purchase. Unused downloads do not carry forward unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Business Plan may provide unlimited Finished Design downloads, subject to reasonable-use restrictions. Unlimited downloads do not permit:

• Automated scraping
• Bot-based downloading
• Bulk extraction of the design library
• Redistribution of MehndiLab designs
• Creation of competing design libraries
• Resale of downloaded files
• Circumvention of technical limitations

6. Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the billing period selected at checkout. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date. Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider designated by MehndiLab.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process recurring payments according to your selected plan. Applicable VAT or other taxes may be added where required. If a payment fails, MehndiLab may suspend access to paid features until the payment is successfully completed.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through your Account or by contacting info@mehndilab.com. Cancellation normally stops future renewal but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Unless otherwise stated, access to paid features will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.

8. Refund Policy

MehndiLab provides digital services and downloadable digital content. Because digital content may become accessible immediately after purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access to the relevant paid service or downloadable content has been provided, except where required by applicable law, a duplicate transaction occurred, MehndiLab agrees to issue a refund, or a material technical problem prevents access to a paid service and cannot reasonably be resolved.

Refund requests may be submitted to info@mehndilab.com. Nothing in this section is intended to exclude any mandatory consumer rights applicable under UAE law or other applicable law.

9. Digital Downloads

All MehndiLab designs are digital products unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for your internet connection, compatible devices, storage, printing equipment, stencil materials, and the final physical application of a design. Different printers, cutting machines, stencil materials and printing methods may produce different results.

10. Commercial Use License

MehndiLab is designed for professional henna artists, mehndi artists, salons, bridal artists, beauty businesses and other professionals who use henna designs as part of their services.

Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these Terms, MehndiLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use downloaded and generated designs for commercial henna services. Subscribers may use MehndiLab designs to:

• Provide paid henna services to clients
• Create bridal henna designs for paying customers
• Create mehndi designs for weddings and events
• Provide henna services through salons or beauty businesses
• Print and use permitted designs as physical henna stencils
• Apply the resulting henna artwork to clients
• Use the resulting physical henna artwork in their professional portfolio
• Photograph completed henna work for their own business portfolio
• Display completed henna work on their website and social-media accounts
• Use completed henna artwork in advertising their henna services
• Use customized designs created through MehndiLab as part of their client services

11. What Commercial Use Does Not Include

Your subscription does not give you ownership of MehndiLab's original designs, artwork, software or design library. You may not:

• Resell MehndiLab digital designs
• Sell downloaded stencil files
• Sell MehndiLab designs as digital products
• Upload MehndiLab designs to digital marketplaces
• Distribute downloaded designs to other artists
• Share design files with clients for independent use
• Create a competing design library
• Provide downloaded designs to another business for its own use
• Sublicense MehndiLab designs
• Claim MehndiLab's original artwork as your own
• Use MehndiLab designs to create a competing subscription or design platform
• Systematically reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of the MehndiLab design library

12. Ownership of Original MehndiLab Designs

All original designs, artwork, illustrations, templates, patterns, graphics and other Content created or supplied by MehndiLab remain the intellectual property of MehndiLab or its respective licensors. Purchasing a subscription does not transfer ownership of this intellectual property; it provides a limited license to use the Content according to the rights associated with your subscription plan.

13. Customized and Generated Designs

MehndiLab may allow subscribers to customize, combine, modify or generate designs using the Design Tool — combining design elements, resizing designs, modifying layouts, arranging elements, generating stencil layouts, customizing designs, creating variations, and preparing designs for printing. Generated results may vary, and MehndiLab does not guarantee that every generated design will be completely unique; similar or substantially similar designs may be generated for different users.

Where a user creates a customized design using MehndiLab elements, the user may use the resulting finished design for permitted commercial henna services, but the underlying MehndiLab design elements remain subject to MehndiLab's intellectual-property rights; the user may not extract, redistribute or resell individual MehndiLab design elements or use the resulting design to create a competing digital design library.

14. Commercial Use After Subscription Cancellation

Commercial-use rights apply while the applicable subscription is active. Designs that were legitimately downloaded and used during an active subscription may remain incorporated into completed client work. However, after cancellation or expiration of a subscription, you may not continue downloading MehndiLab designs or use the MehndiLab Platform to create new commercial work unless you maintain an active subscription or have another applicable license. Completed physical henna artwork created for clients while your license was valid does not need to be removed or recalled following cancellation.

15. Business and Salon Use

A Business subscription may be used by the subscribing business for its own henna services, subject to the user limits and licensing conditions stated for that subscription. Unless explicitly permitted by the applicable plan, an Account may not be shared between unrelated businesses or independent artists. If multiple artists or employees within a salon or business need access, MehndiLab may offer multi-user or Studio plans.

16. Client Use

Clients receiving henna services from a MehndiLab subscriber do not automatically receive a license to the underlying digital design. The subscriber may provide the completed henna service and resulting physical artwork to the client, but should not provide the original MehndiLab digital file or stencil file to the client for independent redistribution or commercial use.

17. Social Media and Portfolio Use

Subscribers may photograph completed henna work created using MehndiLab designs and use those photographs for their own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, websites, portfolios, brochures, advertisements, and promotional campaigns. Where possible, subscribers are encouraged, but not required, to credit MehndiLab when displaying designs substantially based on MehndiLab Content.

18. AI-Assisted Design Features

Some MehndiLab features may use artificial intelligence, machine learning or automated design technologies. AI-generated output may contain errors, unexpected results or similarities to existing artwork.

19. User Content

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content you submit. Do not upload confidential information, government identification documents, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

20. Intellectual Property

All MehndiLab original designs, artwork, software, website content, databases, branding, logos, interfaces and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Megan Technical and Marketing Services FZE. Your subscription does not transfer ownership of any MehndiLab intellectual property. Except for the limited personal-use licence expressly granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

22. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Violate applicable laws
• Hack or interfere with the Platform
• Bypass security controls
• Circumvent download limits
• Scrape the Platform
• Use automated downloading systems
• Share paid accounts
• Reverse engineer the Platform except where legally permitted
• Upload malware
• Impersonate another person
• Misuse User Content
• Infringe intellectual-property rights
• Create a competing service using MehndiLab's proprietary Content

23. Third-Party Services

MehndiLab may use third-party services including Stripe, hosting providers, cloud storage providers, analytics services, authentication providers, email providers, AI providers and security services.

25. Service Disclaimer

MehndiLab provides digital design resources and tools on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that every design will meet your expectations, that generated designs will always be unique, that every design will print identically on every device, that every stencil will work with every material, uninterrupted platform availability, or error-free generated output.

MehndiLab does not provide medical, dermatological or healthcare advice. Users are responsible for appropriate safety practices when using henna or stencil materials.

28. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud, circumvent download restrictions, redistribute our Content, use MehndiLab Content commercially without authorization, or compromise Platform security. Where appropriate, we may provide an opportunity to remedy the violation.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the MehndiLab website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

31. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

32. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the MehndiLab Privacy Policy and any additional terms displayed during purchase or use of specific services, constitute the agreement between you and Megan Technical and Marketing Services FZE regarding your use of MehndiLab.
